Subprocessors

A subprocessor is a third-party service Best & Basic Inc. uses to operate Riggr. This page lists every subprocessor that may touch merchant or account data in the ordinary course of providing the service. We update it whenever the list changes.

Riggr does not warehouse Shopify order, customer, product, inventory, discount, or return payloads — those are read live from Shopify on each request and returned to the requesting AI client or script without being persisted. Subprocessors below handle account-level state (encrypted tokens, email, subscription status), infrastructure, support chat delivery, internal support task tracking, or observability. Pusher, Sentry, and Linear are used only when enabled.

Change notifications

We will notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before adding a new subprocessor that will handle merchant personal data in a material way. Notice will include the vendor name, the data category involved, and the purpose. If you object to a proposed subprocessor, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Removing a subprocessor does not require advance notice; we will update this page when a removal occurs.
