Accessibility Statement
Effective August 11, 2026
Riggr is a Shopify app operated by Best & Basic Inc. (“we,” “us”). We want merchants, developers, and visitors to be able to use Riggr regardless of ability. This statement describes our accessibility commitment for hiriggr.com and the Riggr product surfaces linked from it (dashboard, onboarding, help, and related account pages).
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where practicable, and to improve accessibility as we ship new product. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product responsibility, not a one-time audit checkbox.
Measures we take
As part of building and maintaining Riggr, we:
- Prefer semantic HTML, labeled controls, and keyboard-reachable primary flows (sign-in, onboarding, project setup, billing return).
- Use sufficient contrast for core text and interactive elements in our default light theme.
- Support browser zoom and common assistive technologies on modern desktop browsers.
- Review new UI for focus order, visible focus, and alternative text on meaningful images where we control the markup.
- Respect
prefers-reduced-motionfor decorative motion (for example confetti celebrations) where implemented.
Conformance status
Riggr partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Partially conforms” means some parts of the content fully meet the standard, and some do not yet. We have not completed a formal third-party WCAG audit of the entire product. Known gaps may include dense admin or developer surfaces, third-party embeds, and edge cases in dynamic UI (dialogs, toasts, or live updates).
Compatibility and technical specs
Riggr is designed to work with current major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop, with assistive technology such as recent releases of VoiceOver, NVDA, or JAWS. The site is built with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Some features require JavaScript and a modern browser; older browsers or environments with scripting fully disabled may not work.
Third-party content
Parts of the experience depend on third parties we do not fully control, including Shopify Admin / billing confirmation screens, authentication email delivery, and AI client OAuth flows (for example Claude, Cursor, or Codex). Accessibility of those surfaces is governed by the third party. When you leave Riggr for Shopify billing or an AI client’s authorization page, their accessibility practices apply.
Limitations and alternatives
If a Riggr page or control is difficult to use with assistive technology, contact us (below). We will work with you in a reasonable time to provide the information or complete the task another way, for example by email, screen-share guidance, or a temporary manual accommodation, while we fix the underlying issue when we can.
Feedback
We welcome accessibility feedback. Please tell us the page URL, what you were trying to do, the assistive technology or browser you use (if relevant), and what went wrong.
Email: support@hiriggr.com
Or use our Support page. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days.
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also have rights under applicable disability or civil-rights law in your jurisdiction (for example, under the Americans with Disabilities Act in the United States). This statement does not limit those rights.
Assessment approach
Accessibility work on Riggr is informed by internal review during product development, keyboard and zoom checks on primary flows, and feedback from users. We update this statement when our practices or known limitations change materially.
